Our idiot president, who happily gave billions to Wall Street Banks, AIG and car companies, and continues to spend billions in Iraq and Afghanistan, apparently doesn't have the foresight to fund NASA so that the Constellation program, mentioned in Al's article below, can proceed. A quote from MSNBC sums it up.
The money in the president’s budget is not enough to follow through with NASA’s Constellation moon landing plan initiated by President George W. Bush in 2004. An aide to an elected official who was told of Obama’s plans said the president is effectively ending the return-to-the-moon effort, even though $9.1 billion has already been spent. The aide asked that his name not be used because of the sensitivity of the discussions.
Obama has turned out to be a lying scumbag Chicago politician, which is what I've been saying all along.
Having had a need to look up NASA news after hearing they were shutting lots of stuff down, I found that their next program is called Constellation. It's sort of a three stage program, starting with a low-Earth component, then moving on to the moon and eventually Mars. There website is pretty cool. It has videos and gives quite a bit of neat information for those who are interested. And with work on a lengthier version of Spaceman begun, this also got me even more excited. Take a look inside Constellation here.
We were playing the other night and we were doing horribly. The opponents seemed just too perfect so I spect'd one of the guys and saw he was using an aim bot. He was running down the street with his gun pointed down and every once in a while it would jerk up and shoot a zombie right in the head. It didn't matter how far away the zombie was either. I did a little research on L4D2 hacks and found out that there are many of them. I don't know what kind of scumbag would use these hacks but here is a feature list of one of them. Now you'll know what to look out for.
Aimbot:
Auto Aim/Auto Shoot Choose from Customizable activation key. Choose from different Hitboxes to aim for; Head/Neck/Chest/Waist Choose to aim through walls or not Choose how to aim at targets- By distance to you or how close they are to your crosshair Humanized Aiming - Even though your using a aimbot, it looks legit as a human is aiming
ESP:
Zombie ESP See the position of all regular zombies Special Zombie ESP See the position of all special zombies (Tank, Boomers, hunters, etc..) Entity ESP See where all items are (Health, Weapons, Pickups) Health Tags, Show health of all humans and zombies. Visual Tags, Shows an icon or frame around enemies to give away their position, even behind walls. Distance Tags, Show the distance between you and all humans and zombies..
Visual Options:
Crosshair, Select from three different custom crosshairs to make manual aiming easier. Radar, Render a an on-screen minimap showing all enemies. Chamz, paints a bright color skin, visible through walls, on both humans and zombies.
Removals:
Select varying degrees of No Spread or No Recoil Causes all shots fired to be confined to the exact point where your crosshair lies. NoRecoil : Removes all recoil from your gun, so that it doesnt pull up anymore on pistols, etc... NoSpread : Removes all bullet spread, so your bullets all go in the same spot, even on full auto
Misc:
Bunny Hop, Hold down space bar to automatically jump continuously. Auto Pistol, Hold down L-Mouse button or your firing key to turn your pistol into a fully automatic pistol. Trigger Bot, Lets you be more discreet by only firing when your crosshair hovers over the enemy.
Well it didn't take long for MW2 to be hacked within the IWNet system of gameplay. The link points to a discussion of a video that clearly showed a player using a wall hack and an aim bot on the multiplayer version of Modern Warfare 2. So much for Infinity Ward's assertion that they don't release a dedicated server because it's too easy to cheat. This game is not going over very well in the PC community.
In what might be the greediest, laziest move by a game developer, Infinity Ward has announced that Modern Warfare 2 will not have a dedicated server. Instead, it will have a mysterious online capability referred to as IWNET. IW claims that this will make the gaming experience better but in reality it makes it more like the Xbox 360 version where you have to pay for any additional content. No more custom mods, maps or running servers on Amazon. They want to make sure that they squeeze every dollar out of you to play this game.
The gaming community is in an uproar and a petition has been started to boycott the game. I was really looking forward to MW2 but after hearing this news I am definitely not going to buy it. The only way to punish these greedy bastards is to hit em where it hurts the most and that's the bottom line of the corporate balance sheet. You know what to do. Garrrrrrrrrrr.
